Process for Pilferage Claim
If a customer raises a complaint for a partial item or partial order through Customer Care:
- The customer must claim pilferage within 24 hours of delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained.
- An email will be sent seeking a short description of the case and snapshots of the packet and outer box.
- If an opened delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
- Customer must not dispose of the packaging for 3–4 days post-delivery. We may need to pick it up for investigation.
The customer may not be liable for a refund if they fail to provide adequate information, snapshots, or dispose of packaging before investigation.
Report Abuse
Users are solely responsible for every material or content uploaded onto the website. If you come across any abuse or violation of these Terms, please report it to support@brillspark.com.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
